Simba2 and CV-20A electron beam power supplies are constant voltage, 15kW and 20kW power supplies designed to power and control up to three electron beam sources simultaneously. This high output capacity makes these power supplies ideal for production applications requiring substantial deposition rates. They are designed to ensure operator safety, ease of integration into existing systems, and stable output at all levels. Both voltage and current are regulated to 1%. A full power tetrode tube that acts as a massive variable resistor to counteract the effects of ripple, line voltage fluctuation, and voltage sag due to high current drain regulates voltage. The result is a constant voltage that enables the user to maintain a tight beam spot and high evaporation rates at a given power level.
