Flexible Loading System

The Flexible Loading System is designed to serve multiple freeze dryers. The loading and unloading is done shelf-by-shelf. Several combinations are offered to adapt to a large variety of layouts.

Fixed Loading System

With the Fixed Loading System, the vials are conveyed from the filling line in front of the freeze dryer, where they are accumulated and loaded directly onto the shelf. Due to its narrow-footprint, it is particularly well adapted for isolation technology.

Mixed Loading System

When pass-through freeze dryers are considered, the two types of loading systems can be combined.
